Upstone Materials (Miller Paving Limited) is looking for a General Labourer to join our paving crew in Dryden, ON. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating tools, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality work, this is the job for you!
Your Role & Responsibilities
Assist the Paving Crew – Lay, smooth, and maintain asphalt surfaces Use Hand & Power Tools – Operate shovels, rakes, rollers, and other paving equipment Load & Transport Materials – Ensure supplies and equipment are moved efficiently Maintain a Safe Work Environment – Follow safety protocols and wear PPE Inspect & Maintain Equipment – Keep tools and machinery in top condition Work as a Team – Collaborate with crew members to complete projects effectively
What You Need to Succeed
Valid G/G2 Driver’s License & Clean Driving Abstract Ability to Lift Up to 50 lbs & Work in a Fast-Paced Environment Mechanically Inclined (Preferred but not required) Previous Construction, Operating, or Paving Experience (Preferred but not required) Strong Work Ethic & Attention to Detail Commitment to Safety & Teamwork
