Upstone Materials (Miller Paving Limited) is looking for a General Labourer to join our paving crew in Dryden, ON. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating tools, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality work, this is the job for you!
Your Role & Responsibilities
✔️ Assist the Paving Crew – Lay, smooth, and maintain asphalt surfaces
✔️ Use Hand & Power Tools – Operate shovels, rakes, rollers, and other paving equipment
✔️ Load & Transport Materials – Ensure supplies and equipment are moved efficiently
✔️ Maintain a Safe Work Environment – Follow safety protocols and wear PPE
✔️ Inspect & Maintain Equipment – Keep tools and machinery in top condition
✔️ Work as a Team – Collaborate with crew members to complete projects effectively
What You Need to Succeed
✅ Valid G/G2 Driver’s License & Clean Driving Abstract
✅ Ability to Lift Up to 50 lbs & Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
✅ Mechanically Inclined (Preferred but not required)
✅ Previous Construction, Operating, or Paving Experience (Preferred but not required)
✅ Strong Work Ethic & Attention to Detail
✅ Commitment to Safety & Teamwork
