Seymour Pacific Developments is looking for dedicated Construction Labourers to join our crew in the Community of Orleans, Ottawa, ON.

Your Role & Responsibilities

✔️ Load & Unload supplies, equipment, and materials
✔️ Move Tools & Equipment to and from work areas
✔️ Operate Hand & Power Tools safely and effectively
✔️ Clean & Maintain Worksite – Remove debris, rubble, and hazards
✔️ Level Earth using shovels and rakes
✔️ Perform Routine Maintenance – Clean, lubricate, and refill tanks
✔️ Follow Workplace Safety Practices at all times
✔️ Support the Crew with various construction tasks as needed

What You Need to Succeed

✅ Previous Experience in a similar role (Preferred but not required)
✅ Positive “Can-Do” Attitude – Willing to learn & take direction
✅ Physical Stamina – Ability to lift 50 lbs & work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Ability to Work Long Hours when required
✅ Commitment to Safety & Teamwork
