Job Responsibilities
🌱 Packing & Sorting: Sort and pack vegetables based on size, shape, color, and quality.
🚜 Harvesting & Picking: Hand-pick and pack fresh vegetables.
💦 Crop Care: Cultivate, irrigate, and fertilize crops.
🧹 Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and well-maintained.
⚙️ Operating Equipment: Use farm machinery and equipment as required.
💪 Physical Work: Must be comfortable lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Basic English proficiency (ability to understand instructions).
✔️ Ability to work independently & in a team environment.
✔️ Reliable transportation to the farm location.
✔️ Physically fit for repetitive tasks and lifting.
✔️ Legally eligible to work in Canada (No sponsorships available).
