Are you an experienced painter and plasterer looking for a stable job in Auckland? D10 Limited is seeking two skilled professionals to join our team and contribute to community property maintenance projects. Job Details:

  • Positions Available: 2 Full-time roles (minimum 30 hours per week)
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, depending on project requirements)
  • Location: Various sites across Auckland

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform painting and plastering tasks for residential and community properties.
  • Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, and priming as needed.
  • Apply paint, stains, and finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow company policies regarding site conduct and behavior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in painting and plastering.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in New Zealand.
  • A clean criminal record is required.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and professional in conduct.
  • Own a valid New Zealand driver’s license and a vehicle with an up-to-date Warrant of Fitness (WOF).
  • No alcohol or pets allowed on job sites.
  • This is not a self-employment opportunity – candidates must be willing to work as part of a team.
