Job Responsibilities

Site Cleaning & Maintenance:

Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove dirt, debris, and waste
Sweep, mop, and scrub floors, hallways, and stairs
Clean and sanitize common work areas and job sites

Waste Management:

Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
Ensure all materials are organized and safely removed from construction sites

Basic Maintenance Assistance:

Help with minor repairs, such as painting and drywall patching
Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment

Who Can Apply?

No educational certificate or diploma required
Previous experience preferred but not mandatory
Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment
Ability to travel frequently to different job sites
Basic English communication skills required

Work Conditions

On-Site Work: Travel to various locations based on job assignments
Physically Demanding Role: Requires lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
Outdoor & Indoor Cleaning Tasks: Work in different weather conditions
