About the Role

As a Bathroom & Plumbing Service Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their bathroom and plumbing needs. Whether helping with product selection, providing advice, or ensuring shelves are well-stocked, you’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right bathroom and plumbing products.
• Provide expert advice on a range of products and services.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure the department is well-organized.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle inquiries.
• Follow health & safety guidelines while performing daily tasks.
