Key Responsibilities
You will do the following as a Supervisor
- Provide support and guidance to the team during shifts
- Maintain high product and service quality at all times
- Ensure the store stays clean, tidy, and well organised
- Oversee shift management, including opening and closing duties
- Keep accurate business records and follow all policies and procedures
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for every customer
- Lead by example and direct teams in product preparation
- Coach team members on customer service and cleanliness standards
- Foster a positive workplace culture and promote teamwork
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues quickly

Qualifications
Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader in a café or quick‑service restaurant is preferred. A strong knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines is essential. You need excellent communication and leadership skills. The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and stay calm under pressure is a must.
