Key Responsibilities
- Clean kitchens thoroughly including wiping countertops, cleaning sinks, and wiping down appliance exteriors
- Scrub and sanitize bathrooms including toilets, showers, bathtubs, mirrors, and vanities
- Dust all surfaces including furniture, shelves, window sills, and decorative items
- Vacuum carpets and rugs and mop hard floors such as tiles and timber
- Wipe down light switches, door handles, and other high touch areas to reduce germs
- Remove rubbish from bins and replace liners with fresh ones
- Report any damage or maintenance issues observed in client homes to the team leader
Qualifications
A current valid driver’s licence with at least a provisional P1 level is required. You must have reliable transport to travel between job sites in the Albury Wodonga area. A valid police check or willingness to obtain one is required. No previous professional cleaning experience is necessary, but candidates with any housekeeping or hospitality background will be preferred. You must be available for a minimum of 10 hours per week with flexibility to work weekdays or occasional weekends. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently are essential. You must be physically able to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift light equipment. A positive attitude and professional presentation are highly valued.
