💰 Pay: $18.75 – $27.80/hour (+ Evening Shift Premium: $1.25/hour)
⏳ Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
🕒 Shift: Monday to Thursday | 2:45 PM – 1:15 AM (Long weekends every week!)

We’re hiring skilled MIG and TIG Welders to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Perform MIG (GMAW/FCAW) and TIG welding on aluminum and other metals
✔️ Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering schematics
✔️ Prepare materials and ensure compliance with production specifications
✔️ Maintain precise control of metal pressures and temperatures
✔️ Conduct quality inspections to meet customer and company standards
✔️ Assemble components and make welding modifications as needed
✔️ Measure and verify welded parts to ensure accuracy and quality

🛠️ What You Need to Succeed

✅ 3–5 years of experience in MIG welding
✅ DEP in Welding (Diplôme d’études professionnelles)
✅ Manufacturing or industrial experience required
✅ Bilingual (French & English)
✅ Strong aluminum welding skills

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have):
➕ Experience in HVAC system welding
➕ TIG welding & brazing experience
