Key Responsibilities Production Assistant:

• Assist with the roasting, grinding, and packaging of coffee beans.
• Operate and maintain production equipment.
• Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Assist with inventory management and stocktaking.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• In this role, responsibilities include communicating the volume of coffee beans required for extra roasting to the Roasters based on pack list information.
• This involves managing stock and ensuring replenishment as necessary.
• Additionally, the position entails production duties such as operating machinery, completing documentation, and performing general manufacturing tasks.
• Stock takes and inventory control are essential aspects, along with maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to good manufacturing practices.
• Collaboration within a production team is also integral to the role.

Eligibility Requirements for Production Assistant:

• Previous experience in food production or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee production processes is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
