The Harvey Norman Warragul warehouse team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused warehouse assistant to join them in delivering Great Service, always! to their customers in Australia. As a warehouse assistant, selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to the efficient operation of their warehouse, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. Selected candidate has a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Assistant:

• Receive and check incoming shipments.
• Pick and pack orders for dispatch.
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Eligibility Requirements for Warehouse Assistant:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
• To be highly organized and possess great time management skills.
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail.
• Experience checking delivery sheets preferred.
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks.
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late-night trades.
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers License essential
