Responsibilities of Mobility Van Driver:
- Safely operate a mobility van to transport passengers.
- Assist passengers with mobility aids such as wheelchairs and walkers.
- Ensure passengers are safely secured during transport
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to passengers
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the van
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with passengers and dispatch!
- Selected candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers with mobility needs to and from their destinations in a safe and respectful manner.
Requirements for Mobility Van Driver Job:
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Previous experience working with individuals with mobility needs preferred.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift and maneuver mobility aids.
- Knowledge of local roads and areas
