Key Responsibilities of Pick Packer:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Carry mineral bags weighing up to 25kg.
• Operate a forklift (advantageous but not required).
• Travel to the site in Te Kuiti for work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or team leader.
• As a pick packer, selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.

Requirements of Pick Packer:

• Previous warehousing experience.
• Forklift experience is advantageous but not required.
• Full Class 1 NZ Driver’s License and own reliable transportation.
• Physically fit and strong.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment checks, including a drug test.
• Reliable, responsible, with a great attitude and work ethic.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations.
