Key Responsibilities of Maintenance Electrician:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Perform regular inspections to identify and fix electrical issues.
• Test electrical systems to ensure they are working properly and safely.
• Follow electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work and repairs.

 Requirements for Job:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician
• Valid electrical license
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards
• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Relevant electrical experience in a commercial/industrial environment
• Previous experience working in building maintenance with large volumes of assets and programmed servicing schedules
• Site Safe Passport or equivalent, preferred but not essential
• Ability to work an on-call roster as required
• A current full class 1 NZ drivers’ license (manual driver’s licence advantageous)
