Responsibilities of Job:

• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.

• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
• Maintain quality control and production records.
• Maintain work records and logs.
• Hire and train staff.

Eligibility Criteria for Job:

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in farm management or a similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices, technologies, and market trends
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agricultural management software
