Key Responsibilities of General Production Worker:

• Assembly of heat exchangers using a variety of methods, materials and tools
• Working in conjunction with automation employee will finally assemble raw components for braising (high temperature soldering)
• Final assembly with addition of bracketry, bolts and fittings using semi-automated equipment.
• Comprehension of work instructions during assembly process
• Working safely at all times and within customer quality specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area(s) and participate in 5S and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities of General Production Worker:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
• The ideal candidate will have 1+ years’ previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination is required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Working Conditions:

• Job duties require continuous standing, walking, handling, and reaching.
• Repetition of tasks and duties
• Lifting between 5-15 lbs. sometimes continuously
