Farm Team Member – Cleaning & Sanitation

Our Hokitika site are seeking enthusiastic new farm team member who are keen to join Silver Fern Farms whanau and develop a lasting career in the food industry. Responsibilities of Farm Team Member:

• Hours of work are between 11:00pm and 5:00am 4:30pm and 12:00pm and 2.30 to 9.30, seasonal dependent, Monday – Friday and Saturdays if required.
• Also, weeknight over-time when required.
• Passionate about maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our farm environment.
• Full training provided.

Eligibility Criteria for Farm Team Member:

• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
• High School Diploma.
• Have a good attitude and work ethic.
• Are a reliable person who enjoys working within a team.
• Efficient with a can-do approach.
