Responsibilities of Factory Worker:

2. Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and report any defects or issues to supervisors.
3. Packaging and Labeling: Prepare products for shipping by carefully packaging them according to guidelines and affixing appropriate labels.
4. Machine Operation: Operate equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and procedures.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including performing routine maintenance on machinery as needed.
6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.
7. Adherence to Policies and Regulations: Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.

Eligibility Criteria of Factory Worker:

• RF gun experience is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Be available to work flexible hours / shifts.
• Friendly positive attitude
