Responsibilities of Welding Inspector:

  • During the production, repair and assembly of fixed-track vehicles, performing the duties of a welding inspector according to the EN 15085 standard in accordance with the standard’s requirements.
  • support of production processes in the field of welding
  • inspection of welding works based on the issued welding and inspection instructions, performing visual inspections
  • keeping and signing inspection and inspection protocols
  • uncovering and documenting non-conformities related to welding works, investigating the causes of errors
  • participation in the conduct of welding qualifications and work tests
  • inspection of parts and subassemblies made at suppliers in accordance with the regulations.

Eligibility Criteria for Welding Inspector:

  • skilled welder or EWP, EWS welding specialist qualification
  • minimum 2 years of experience in the field of welding
  • experience in testing welded seams, knowledge of welding standards
  • accuracy, precision
  • ability to cooperate
  • excellent communication skills
