Responsibilities of Job:

  • Responsible for one or a few of key channels: Bars, Hotels, Dinning, Clubs, and ensure of delivering respective execution plan and its target.
  • Conduct trainings/tastings across the Luxury ​Portfolio ​with focus on Don Julio, JW Blue, Singleton 12/18 and Tanqueray 10
  • New account development in each channel
  • ​​Identifies emerging trends and communicates that knowledge to key contacts within the Luxury team. ​
  • ​Develops profitable programs while partnering with our customers and drive fame and talkability
  • ​Uses customer insights while implementing activation plans.
  • In outlet they make/influence sales, complete sales driver checks, manage customer relationship,
  • undertake product quality checks and merchandising in retail ensuring luxury standards are obtained.
  • Maintain outlet level data.
  • ​Responsible for 1, realizing execution plans and achieving goals for each channel.
  •  Achieve all KPIs (Product Physical Availability, MPA, Execution Excellence) and goals by collaborating with marketing teams to deliver.
  • Don Julio, JW Blue, Singleton 2012/18, promote “luxury portfolio” with emphasis on Tanqueray 10 and conduct product education and tastings.
  • Developing new customers in assigned channels.
  • Understand new trends, share them with your luxury team, and help develop richer content.
  • Develop and execute more profitable programs with the top 10% of customers who lead the trends and improve the reputation and talkability of our brand.
  • Plan and execute customer activations for each customer while leveraging customer insights and knowledge.
  • Based on the Luxury Execution Standards, we aim to increase sales at each location and channels
  • analyze its factors, improve influence on product sales, and build the best customer relationships.
  • Maintenance of outlet data

Requirements of Job:

  • Has the ability to build great relations with key trade influencers in the industry and knows the right places to establish trends in the trade.
  • Collaborates closely with Luxury team, Brand Ambassador, Brand Manager and Customer Activators
  • Understands consumer types, attitudes and trends.
  • Customer focused and insisted on high standards of delivering the plans.
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation skills
  • Strong drive to make an impact and build experiences with the top TLA accounts in the Trend leading hotspot cities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key industry influencers and knowledge of appropriate areas of differentiation.
  • Close collaboration with luxury teams including brand ambassadors, brand managers and customer activators.
  • Understanding consumer types, attitudes and trends
  • Commitment to customer focus and high planning execution standards
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strongly promote experience building and impact creation with top TLA accounts in trend-leading hotspot cities
