Costa, Australia’s leading grower, packer, and marketer of premium fresh fruits and vegetables, is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Fruit Pickers for the 2023/2024 season in Tasmania, specifically for the Berry Category. This casual role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the great outdoors and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

• Sulphur Creek – Blueberry Farm
• East Devonport – Strawberry Farm
• Wesley Vale – Raspberry Farms
• Dunorlan / Bengeo – Blackberry Farm
• Lebrina – Blueberry Farm

Your Role: You’ll be involved in picking blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or strawberries, depending on the farm location. Flexibility to take on other farm worker duties as needed is essential. You’ll receive training from supervisors on how to pick and pack the best quality fruit. The role is physically demanding, requiring continuous movement and walking.
