Farm Fruit Packing Worker Job in Australia

Spinifex Recruiting is located on a beautiful macadamia and avocado farm set high in the Ballina-Byron hinterland. They are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join their team as farm fruit Packing and macadamia dehusking workers in Australia. In this role, selected candidate will be responsible for sorting, packing, and processing fruits as well as dehusking macadamia nuts. Responsibilities of Farm Fruit Packing Worker:

• Sorting and grading fruits according to size, color, and quality standards
• Packing fruits into containers or boxes for shipping
• Operating machinery for dehusking macadamia nuts
• Inspecting fruits and nuts for defects or damage
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment.
• Following health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Play an integral part in the quality assurance and production line of Summerland’s day to day operations.
• Learn how to grade and pack fruits like custard apples and avocados as well as dehiscing macadamias.
