Assistant Store Manager – Western Sydney, Australia

Savers is a dynamic and customer-focused retail establishment, committed to delivering exceptional shopping experiences. As they expand their presence in western Sydney, they are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Store Manager , who is responsible for opening our first ever store in Sydney. Selected candidate will lead our Retail Operations and Production Teams and ensuring our Savers customers and donors receive exceptional customer service.   • Overseeing the day-to-day store performance in sales, profit and production.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiencies and applying creative thinking to increase store sales and team culture.
  • Leading by example and role-modelling outstanding customer service by engaging with our wonderful customers and donors
  • Welcoming and training new team members into our business, supporting them to succeed and grow in their roles.

Eligibility criteria:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Candidates with an associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Availability for full time hours across Monday to Sunday on a 3-week rotational roster.
  • Prior experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment – you might have worked in retail, production, warehousing, hospitality, or other customer-focused industries.
