Their duties include assisting with food preparation in the kitchen, keeping buffets fully stocked with fresh dishes and clearing away dirty plates and cutlery. Responsibilities:

• Receive orders and serve guest requests completely in a timely manner, including but not limited to serving as a barista or bartender
• Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
• Maintain a clean, tidy and well-prepared service area
• Manage in-room dining orders and deliver to guest rooms
• Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts
• Answer Guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
